Projects

Coca Cola
Internal planning tool for promotional workflows
Coca-Cola's Revenue Management team in LatAm needed to enable bottler managers with smarter, insight-driven promo planning. However, their accumulated knowledge lived in scattered decks and long-form reports. There was no scalable or user-friendly way to apply that knowledge across the region.

Iké
Design System for Multi-Client Insurance Platform
Reduced client implementation from 2-5 months to 2-4 weeks by designing a token-based configuration system that enabled backend developers to customize branded experiences independently. - 5 client implementations (4 completed independently by dev team) - 2-5 months → 2-4 weeks per client onboarding - System adopted without iteration after launch

Gear Hugger
Redesigning e-commerce and brand experience
After successfully designing the brand strategy and packaging for Gear Hugger's industrial line, I was brought in to redesign their main product website. Although they had a basic e-commerce setup, it lacked structure, storytelling and alignment with the brand's full potential.

Caffenio
Scalable design system for a coffee ordering platform
Caffenio, a Mexican coffee chain, had a mobile app originally built with an app-builder template. It created significant friction for both customers and store operators due to non-standard UI patterns, broken flows and unclear value. The brand sought a full redesign to attract new users and increase usage frequency among existing ones.
Brand Projects

Tiendas Chata
Designing cohesion for a brand built over generations
Tiendas Chata, a well-known Mexican food brand with over 60 years of history, was transitioning from a family-owned company to a national operation. As part of that growth, they began a retail standardization effort to unify the look and feel of their physical stores. However, despite their strong market recognition, they lacked a cohesive visual language across formats, products and touchpoints.

RedBox Academy
Branding and launch for a learning platform experience
RedBox Academy was reintroduced as the corporate learning branch of RedBox, focused on delivering tailored training, conferences and capability-building programs for business teams. Although the brand had existed in the past, it lacked a clear audience and positioning in a saturated learning market. This new iteration aimed to consolidate RedBox's educational offer under a focused, professional, business-oriented identity.

Inspiración para Crear
Creating platform and brand identity of creative community
Inspiración Para Crear (IPC) emerged from a set of scattered initiatives inside RedBox, including a weekly newsletter, a blog of innovation cases, and training materials used in consulting projects. As the company's Partner Director sought to formalize this content under one unified platform, IPC was born to test its potential as a standalone content-driven business unit.
